Friendly and professional staff were patient and processed my Kaiser insurance quickly and prescribed me the medication I needed there at their office. They even gave me a follow up call to check-in to see how I was doing. Best service I’ve experienced at an urgent care before. I would definitely use them again in a pinch.

The medical experience my husband and I had was over the top. Edriz, Maria and Jason are the best. If it wasn't for their dedication to their patients, my husband may have died. Because the Dr. was so concerned about my husband's symptoms he sent us to the ER at Mercy. Turns out my husband had Sepsis. Rough going for a few days but he is well now. Again, I can't thank you enough MDSTAT.

I have been here before in the past and the staff was always great. However this time it was amazing I had major pressure in my ears due to fluid from a cold so bad my eardrums were going to burst. Dr Jason is the best Dr I've seen I was a bit distraught and he helped ease my worries and listened and was empathetic. He went above and beyond which is how a Dr should be. They even followed up today to see how I was. I wish he could be my regular pcp, as mine looks straight through me when I talk. Thank you to all the amazing staff! I recommend this place for sure!

Thank God for this urgent care we would have had to go to ER. My son got a fishing hook stuck in his finger nail. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Dr. Moness and his assistant were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Had a super experience at MD STAT! They were a little late opening up, possibly due to staff shortages, I hope that those issues get resolved. However, once in the clinic I was seen within 30 minutes in spite of several people waiting before me. The doctor was very friendly and able to diagnose my problem and get me on the way to recovery with the appropriate prescriptions. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I have had a great experience here at MD STAT time and again and this was no exception. Thank you so much for all you guys do! I will be back again without hesitation. They have my highest recommendation.

My daughter was sick and we went later in the night. The service was quick and the Dr and nurse were very caring, knowledgeable, and cover everything. We have been to many urgent cares and they definitely are one of the best we have been to. We will bring using this urgent care from now on.

My husband and I have been to MDStat several times and have had the very best care AND follow up care. The facility is clean and the staff is efficient, knowledgeable, warm and caring. We are so grateful for their level of excellence.

Yesterday was the 2nd time in the last year that we took our young son to this place. We were treated so kindly by everyone we encountered and the doctor was very thorough and super wonderful with our young son. We were able to get tested for flu, COVID, and strep, and the results were quick. Our son tested positive for step throat and was prescribed antibiotics, which were called in and picked up quickly. The best part is they take Kaiser insurance there. Normally on a weekend, with our Kaiser coverage, we'd have to drive out to Roseville to be seen on a weekend. It was a huge relief to have the option to be seen less than 10 min from out home and not have to drive all the way to Roseville with a very sick child. 10/10 recommend.

I want to truly thank the staff at this MDSTAT location in El Dorado Hills. I was feeling terrible with an issue that I struggled with for 3 days. I was treated by the Physician's Assistant named Jason. He was extremely helpful in finding me a solution. He gave me the correct treatment, and offered excellent advice on how to handle my issue. I felt much better the next day. I can't thank the Physician's Asssistant Jason and the crew from MDSTAT enough for their help. I can tell they take pride in caring for their patients. I highly recommend this facility.

I took my wife there due significant pain and what appeared to be a cyst. They got her in quickly. The doctor was wonderful, and caused a sense of relief. He was knowledgeable, gentle, patient and professional. We both were very happy with him. I loved that the doctor was listening to jazz music and wore a hat that fit with his music. A good experience and we would not hesitate to return there.
